Aokofan and Yiwu Mall Group Form Strategic Partnership
The Japan Enterprise Cooperation Center is facilitating the establishment of Aucfan's, a Japanese listed company, headquarters in Hainan and forging a strategic partnership with Yiwu Mall Group. This initiative creates a comprehensive collaboration pathway covering corporate establishment, platform development, cross-regional expansion, and two-way trade flow between Chinese and Japanese goods.
Aucfan is a Japanese listed company offering e-commerce price comparison services and a domestic B2B marketplace. We provide comprehensive e-commerce solutions for businesses.
In 2022, Aucfan established its first Chinese subsidiary, Aucfan (Hainan) Network Technology Co., Ltd., as the group's first investment in China and its China headquarters.
With the introduction and support of the Japan-China Enterprise Cooperation Center, Aokofan has established a strategic partnership with Zhejiang China Commodities City Group Co., Ltd. The two parties will collaborate on supply chain synergy, online platform integration, business model innovation, and cross-border industrial cooperation to explore new models for two-way trade between Chinese and Japanese goods.
Enterprise growth follows a "three-stage leap" trajectory:
Phase 1: From Zero to One. Leveraging the policies and institutional advantages of the Hainan Free Trade Port, Aokofan established its China headquarters in Hainan, marking its first foothold in the Chinese market as a Japanese enterprise.
Phase 2: Scaling Up. Focusing on cross-border import e-commerce, the company launched "Nitee" (B2B platform) and "Nitegou" (distribution partnership platform). The team grew from 1 people in 2022 to 17 people in 2023, exceeding 30 after 2024.
Phase 3: From Point to Area. Building on the Hainan headquarters, the company established branch offices in Ningbo and Yiwu, Zhejiang, gradually expanding its cross-regional business footprint.
Collaboration outcomes include:
In 2023 8, Osaka hosted the "Yiwu Quality Goods Japan Sourcing Fair," where 25 enterprises in daily necessities and fashion products brought over 1000 items.
In 2024, the first Yiwu Commodity Exhibition Market in Japan opened in Tokyo.
In 2024, the Yiwu Japan National Pavilion officially opened in Yiwu, Zhejiang, connecting high-quality Japanese products with Chinese enterprise customers through the Yiwu platform.
In 2025 and 6, the Osaka Yiwu Market officially opened, becoming the first overseas branch of the Yiwu Small Commodities City brand in East Asia.
This case highlights the platform value of the Japan-China Cooperation Center in two-way trade: enabling Japanese companies to enter the Chinese market while helping Chinese products expand into Japan via local distribution channels.
